This is a prezi I plan to use for a grammar lesson in my 102 class later in the semester. If anyone sees any spelling errors or glitches, or has any suggestions please let me know!
Rick, I really enjoyed this lesson. I hadn't thought about using Prezi to teach grammar, but you demonstrated what an excellent tool it is for such a purpose-way better than powerpoint! Thanks.
Nice! I did notice the word "sentence" misspelled once, but I wasn't really in editor mode. I think the motion and the concept are great, but I wanted to see the various sentences all on the same page. Also, what about pictures of snakes? What about a video of a snake being dangerous? A link to an interactive quiz about just how dangerous snakes are ... I dunno--something to make me laugh. Of course, I've already read that book and am fascinated by the subject and think the Prezi is a great way to teach it, so I might not be the audience you're after.
